Roast Beef

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time:  1 ½  Hour

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, peeled

400 grams corner piece beef

2 teaspoon fresh thyme

1  carrot

2 onions

1 teaspoon  mustard paste

2 teaspoon honey

2 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

  1. The beef should be brought to close to room temperature before you start to roast it so that it cooks more evenly. So, remove it from the refrigerator at least 1 hour, preferably
  2. Use the tip of a sharp knife to make 8 to 10 small incisions around the roast. Put a sliver of garlic into each cut.
  3. Keep sprigs of fresh thyme over the beef
  4. Take a medium roasting bag, put beef in to the bag, add olive oil, carrots, onion, honey, mustard paste
  5. Tie from the top, mix all ingredients well
  6. Place it on the baking dish Cut both edges of the bag from the corner.
  7. Bake at 180C for 1 and half hour, serve hot with sauce of your choice
