Lemon Chicken


Lemon Chicken

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time:  6 minutes



120 grams chicken breast

½ lemon – lemon zest

1 teaspoon garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Salt, to taste

Pepper  to taste


1/2 cup flour

2 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 cups oil


¼ cup chicken stock

½ lemon zest

4 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon water

½ tablespoon corn flour

1 teaspoon  sesame seeds


  1. In a large bowl add Chicken cubes, lemon zest, garlic, soya sauce, salt and pepper. Mix it well
  2. In the same bowl add half cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, Mix gently whole marination
  3. Heat the one cup oil in a pot
  4. Add the marinated chicken cubes one by one and deep fry all of it
  5. In a separate pan add ¼ cup chicken stock, sugar, lemon zest, stir it well
  6. Add 1 tbsp. water in corn flour mix well and add in the pan
  7. Stir the mixture until it get thick, add the fried chicken and combine
  8. Serve hot with rice. Garnish with sesame seeds OR freshly chopped parsley,
