Penne Pasta in tomato cream sauce

 

Penne Pasta in tomato cream sauce

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time:  15 minutes

Ingredients

1 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoons finely chopped garlic

2 chicken breast in cubes

1 cup chicken stock

½  teaspoon salt

½  teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup pasta sauce

1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

4 to 5 tablespoons heavy cream

2 cups boiled penne pasta

1/2 cup cubed mixed bell peppers

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Heat the pan add olive oil, garlic, boneless chicken cubes stir it
  2. Add salt, pepper and chicken stock let it cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
  3. Add pasta sauce, paprika powder, oregano, heavy cream, blend well
  4. Add boiled penne pasta, mix and cook for 3 minutes
  5. Add chili flakes and mix bell peppers. Cook for 2 minutes and put in containers
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta

Ingredients

4 eggs

100grams flour

100grams sugar

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Pineapple essence

½  cup sweetened whipping cream

½  cup Canned Pineapple

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl add eggs, sugar beat it until it become smooth cream and fluffy texture, add pine apple essence
  2. Mix baking powder with flour and put this mixture into egg batter
  3. Pour the batter into the cake mould, bake it at 180C for 25—30 minutes
  4. In a large bowl add sweetened whipping cream, beat it until smooth texture.
  5. Place a cake on the cake board spread the whipped cream over the cake.
  6. Use the piping bag to decorate the cake with nozzle of your choice
  7. Topping with canned pineapple slices on the cake
  8. Ready to serve

Prawn Biryani

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Making Time:  20 minutes

Ingredients

½ teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

½ teaspoon chilli powder

1tablespoon  ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

400grams prawns

2 Tablespoon unsalted butter

1 Tablespoon whole spices

2 cups yogurt

 1teaspoon green chilli

1 Tablespoon  biryani masala

½ cup  fresh mint

½ cup fresh coriander

½  cup fried onions

1 cup cooked basmati rice

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl add cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, prawns. Combine all ingredients well
  2. Heat the oil, add marinated prawns, shallow fry them for few minutes. Take them out in separate dish.
  3. In the same pot, add unsalted butter, whole spices, yogurt, green chili, biryani spices, mix all and cook it well, add fresh mint, coriander leaves, fried onions,
  4. Now add the fried prawns in the mixture stir well, layered the prawns with rice, garnish with fried onions and cover it for few minutes.
  5. Ready to serve in aluminum pots with a garnishing of fresh coriander leaves.

Baklawa Bites

Ingredients

Syrup

1/2 cup water

1 cup  sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

2tbsp rosewater

Bites

3/4 cup (100g) pistachios

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 Tablespoon unsalted butter

1 box  Fillo pastry

Preparation

  1. Take a pot add sugar, water, honey, lemon juice ,stir well ,ad rose water cook the mixture on low heat for 2 minutes
  2. Take readymade filo pastry, dust the pastry sheets with unsalted butter and let it sit into the muffin tray.
  3. Fill the pastry cups with pistachios, sprinkle cinnamon powder over each pastry
  4. Bake it 180C  for 10 min. pour the syrup on each baklava bite. Serve it in a serving crystal tray.

  1. Cut watermelon, cantaloupe, kiwi, and strawberry in cubes
  2. Skewer the fruit one by one
  3. Wrap into cling film to keep it fresh for longer.

Basbousa

Ingredients

Dough

1 cup yoghurt

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

1 cup semolina

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 eggs

2 teaspoon  baking powder

2 tablespoon vanilla essence

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Sugar Syrup

3 1/2 cups sugar

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 1/2 cups water

20g crushed pistachio

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl add egg, sugar, whisk well, Add oil and yogurt, Mix it properly then add shredded coconut and semolina, whisk until it become thick paste
  2. In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder, after mixing add this to the thick batter paste, add vanilla essence. Mix it properly
  3. Grease the baking dish with unsalted butter, pour the mixture into the dish. Bake at 180C for 30 -35 minutes
  4. For syrup Take a sauce pan add water,sugar,lemon juice, cook it for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
  5. Take out the dish from oven and cut the basbousa into square cubes and pour syrup over the top of whole dish.
  6. Put the cubes into serving tray and serve with the crushed pistachio topping.

Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

500 grams Boneless Chicken cubes

1 teaspoon Chat Masala

1 teaspoon Coriander Powder

1 teaspoon Cumin Seed Powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

2 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon Pepper  powder

1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Tandoori Masala

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon turmeric

6 teaspoon Yogurt

Preparation

  1. Take a large bowl add yogurt, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, tandoori masala, turmeric, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, dried fenugreek leaves,   Mix well until it become thick paste
  2. Add boneless chicken mix well in the batter, Generously grease the grill and heat over medium. Skewer the chicken, evenly divided between 6-8 skewers.
  3. Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning once during cooking, until cooked through. Serve hot with sauce of your choice

Spinach and Mushroom pasta

 

Spinach and Mushroom pasta

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time:  10 minutes

Ingredients

350 grams Pasta

2 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 small onion

450 grams mushroom

2 cloves garlic minced

3 cups baby spinach

1 teaspoon  Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

½ Cup of water

1 cup light cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Heat the pan add unsalted butter, garlic minced, onion, mushrooms, stir and cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame
  2. Now In the pan add Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, baby spinach, stir and cook it well until all spinach dissolved with other ingredients.
  3. Now add water, light cream, parmesan cheese, cook it well
  4. Take aluminum container add boiled pasta, pour cooked mushroom and spinach batter over pasta, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the pasta
  5. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes until cheese melt, Serve hot.

Muhallabia

Ingredients

5 cups Whole Milk

1/2  cup Sugar

7 tablespoon Cornstarch

1 tablespoon Rose Water

1/4 cup  Pistachios

Preparation

  1. Combine 4cups milk and sugar together in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Whisk half cup milk and cornstarch together in a bowl until smooth; stir into boiling milk. Add rose water into milk mixture over medium heat until thickened to the consistency of thick batter
  3. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate until completely cooled, 2 to 4 hours
  4. Garnish with pistachio
