Ingredients
½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon chilli powder
1tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
400grams prawns
2 Tablespoon unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon whole spices
2 cups yogurt
1teaspoon green chilli
1 Tablespoon biryani masala
½ cup fresh mint
½ cup fresh coriander
½ cup fried onions
1 cup cooked basmati rice

Preparation
- In a large bowl add cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, prawns. Combine all ingredients well
- Heat the oil, add marinated prawns, shallow fry them for few minutes. Take them out in separate dish.
- In the same pot, add unsalted butter, whole spices, yogurt, green chili, biryani spices, mix all and cook it well, add fresh mint, coriander leaves, fried onions,
- Now add the fried prawns in the mixture stir well, layered the prawns with rice, garnish with fried onions and cover it for few minutes.
- Ready to serve in aluminum pots with a garnishing of fresh coriander leaves.
