Over a period of time Falcon pack has strategically elevated themselves from a product centric approach to a focused consumer centric approach. The inter-department initiatives of collective drive towards excellence in product innovation and its applications has resulted in acceptance of our products and services by a large number of direct and indirect consumers in the MENA region. Our strong consumer community and their constantly evolving demands are the main source of our innovation. The mission of bringing the best products by regularly enhancing the infrastructure, production, storing facilities, logistics, re-engineering the procedures and policies, training of human capital and process driven vendor selection are on going processes. The experienced Falcon team under the leadership of our Chairman, Mr. Ahmed Al Shamsi has established in to a regional leader and global player in providing complete disposable food packaging solution to food service and household consumers.

Infrastructure

Falcon Pack has strategically chosen to have multiple locations for its operations. This has given functional, operational and logical advantage by reducing risk, rework and redundancy. Head Quarters spread over an area of 15,000 sqft infrastructure with the offices of Chairman and other departments like Factory Management, Finance Management, HRD, Quality Assurance, Marketing, IT and Purchase department. The company has three production facilities in the Emirates of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah for the manufacturing of complete product range. Each of these facilities has its own complete set up of infrastructure and work space for production, Quality, Maintenance and Raw material Stores.

  • The head office factory host the production facilities for Flexible Packaging products, Paper plates and Bags (Plain and Printed).
  • Container division has modern machines for making aluminum containers, lids and platters.
  • Plastic division has sophisticated machinery for the manufacture of various Plastic products including Thermoforming, Injection moulding and Blow moulding processes.
  • Rak factory facilitates production of Aluminium foil, Cling film, Cake Board and various Paper products like Sandwich Paper, Baking Paper and Wax Papers.
  • Detergent division has the facilities for making sanitizers, hand soap, dish wash, shampoo, fabric softener, disinfectants, detergents and chemical products.
  • We have a well organized Warehouse with a Storage capacity of 200,000 sq.ft. Sales, Credit control, Supply chain and Logistics center offices are situated in the same location.
  • Falcon pack has its own fleet of closed vehicles to have efficient logistics of supply and delivery of products to its customers as per their requirement and convenience.
  • Auditorium spread over 4000 sq ft, is a modern hall with the sitting capacity for 200 seats, utilized for in house seminar, product launch, meeting and training programs.
