We will compare the assessment results and how you handle yourself during the interview. It will not only be technical but behavioral-based and situational interviews as we want to know you more along with your skills, capabilities and experience to decide if you are suitable for the role. You should ready yourself for one-on-one or panel interviews which may be conducted via phone or in person. It is also a good opportunity to get a more in-depth understanding of our unique culture, values, and endless opportunities.
