Baked Salmon


Baked Salmon

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time:  12 minutes


500 grams salmon filet

2 bunches asparagus

Salt and black pepper

1 Tablespoon olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Lemon-Garlic-Herb Butter:

75 grams unsalted butter

2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 garlic cloves

2 Tablesoon fresh parsley

1 teaspoon  salt

1teaspoon pepper


  1. In a bowl add unsalted butter, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, lemon juice, fresh parsley. Combine all ingredients well, keep it aside
  2. Spread a baking paper on baking sheet. Salmon fillet in the center with asparagus on both sides
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fillet and asparagus , add three toppings of batter with spoon on top of salmon fillet
  4. Bake at 180C  for 10—12minutes. Serve hot with rice
