Baked Potatoes


Baked Potatoes

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time:  25 minutes


2 Large potatoes

½ tablespoons cumin seeds

100grams Cheddar cheese

200grams tinned sweetcorn

2 large tomatoes chopped

3 tablespoons fresh coriander

1 lemon zest

Pinch chili powder


  1. Take 2 large potatoes, pierce the skin with fork several times
  2. Microwave the potatoes for 6 minutes,
  3. Spread aluminum foil on baking pan, put half cut from center potatoes and bake them at 200C for 20 minutes
  4. In a medium bowl add sweet corns, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, fresh coriander, lemon zest, cumin seeds, combine all ingredients properly
  5. layer the mixture over the top of potato, sprinkle red chili if desired
